Link Billing profile to NCE

If I understand your question correct, I think you need to connect or validate your billing profile under the MCI Incentive Program in Partner Center. To do so, I think you need to have the roles as Incentives Admin and Global Admin.

Does anyone face issue in linking the Billing account to New Commerce Platform? we couldn't find options as derived in MS learn or the steps provided which impacts in purchasing the Membership.
