Issue ordering certain nonprofit SKUs in Partner Center
Hi ,
Was wondering if others are also experiencing this issue, or if it's a know bug from Microsoft.
At the moment we're not able to purchase certain nonprofit SKUs in CSP due to issues with nonprofit migrating towards NCE.
Example, we're trying to purchase Defender for Office 365 P1. This SKU is not available in Legacy CSP anymore, only in NCE. But as soon as we try to purchase we get the error that nonprofit in NCE is not available yet and has been postponed till March (see announcement: December 2023 announcements - Partner Center announcements | Microsoft Learn). This causes us to be unable to purchase this SKU at all!
This applies to both DfO365 P1 and P2, as well as Teams Phone Standard for as far as I can see, but maybe some other SKUs as well.
Other nonprofit SKUs, eg. M365 Business Premium, work perfectly fine as they're still available in Legacy CSP. But some SKUs seem to have been moved towards NCE already, but are also blocked from being purchased till March
Already contacted Partner Center support, but they can't help...
"If partner center shows that you can only purchase the license starting March 2024, then it is working as expected".
This really isn't working by design 🤣
Any idea's on a fix?
Is this a bug/issue in Partner Center?
When will we be able to purchase these SKUs again? (hope we don't need to wait till March)
Which SKUs are also impacted?
Cheers,
Martijn
Issue seems to have been fixed, as I'm again able to purchase these SKUs in Legacy CSP for nonprofit.
Partner Center support wasn't clear on what the issue was, but it's fixed none the less.

Thank you for posting to the community!
I'm sorry that you're having issues purchasing this product, however, you'll need to log into Partner Center & submit a support ticket.
Also, let's go ahead & move this post to the NCE community.
Thanks Martijn
