Invoice Capture Licensing
Understood, my apologies.
To clarify, you're asking if the invoice capture transactions that are included with the Finance license consume AI Builder credits, correct?
If so, The only information that I have is in the D365 LG, which states that when you license Dynamics 365 Finance, you automatically become entitled to 100 electronic invoice transactions and 100 invoice capture transactions/tenant/month (see Electronic Invoicing section for more information on Electronic Invoicing), and 20K AI Builder credits/tenant/month, on pg.18.
If I find alternative information, I will update this post promptly.

I was told that when you exceed the invoice capture transaction limit, AI Builder points will be consumed.
I'm searching to validate that information and I'll update this post as soon as I can confirm.

if the ia builder credits will be consume I think this kind of msg don’t make sense :
In my opinion the ia builder credits are separate from the invoice capture licensing
don't you think?
