Invoice Capture Licensing
Hello,
I have a question about Invoice Capture licensing and I have received contradictory answers. According to the licensing guide, Finance licenses include 100 Invoices per month per tenant and 20,000 AI Builder credits. As I understand it, it’s 100 invoices and not 100 invoice transactions (or invoice lines) and the use of Invoice Capture does not consume AI Builder credits unless you use custom invoice recognition models. Can someone confirm if I am correct?

You stated that there is a contradiction, so I'd like to review both documents. I see where you stated one document is the licensing guide; however, may I know the name of the 2nd document please?

The licensing document does not contradict itself, but it is not enough clear, so I raised an issue and they responded to me that it was consuming AI Builder credits and this is where I believe it contradicts the licensing guide.
