MSIX Packaging Tool Driver not able to install.

Hi I am getting kind of the same issue as this guy today with the new build of the MSIX packaging tool. 

OS Build version: 10.0.17763

MSIX Tool version: 1.2019.308.0

 

I am not using an insider build I believe... Like mentioned https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/msix/packaging-tool/mpt-known-issues.

    Hello,

     

    Please take a look at:

    C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

    and

    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

     

    You might find an error there that will tell us what is going on.

    If you don't find anything obviously correctable, please share the logs/error with me to review.

        I hit the same problem when I ran this manually - 

        Dism /Online /add-package /packagepath:C:\Users\bqu\Downloads\Msix-PackagingTool-Driver-Package_31bf3856ad364e35_amd64__.cab.

        This driver cab is downloaded and my OS is windows 10 version 1809 (not preview). 

         

        DISM log is at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM and to whom may I ask for assistance?
