Hello,

 

Please take a look at:

C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

and

C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

 

You might find an error there that will tell us what is going on.

If you don't find anything obviously correctable, please share the logs/error with me to review.
