MSIX Packaging Driver fails to install

Hi,

On launching MSIX packaging Tool and proceed with creating New package, get the following packaging tool driver installation error:

Machine is connected to internet and windows update service is running.

Followed the MS documentation here and tried installing the offline 64-bit FOD file for installing the MSIX packaging Too;l Driver, but that also failed to install with the same error:

I would strongly recommend that installing MSIX packaging Tool driver via FOD should be listed as pre-requisite for the MSIX Packaging Tool on your website.

Kindly advice on the above error.
