Hi DS2803, 

 

This looks like a Windows Update error. Can you double check that Windows Update is running and functional and please let me know if you are still encountering this error? You can try running the Window Update troubleshooter via Setting > Update & Security > Troubleshoot (if its not suggested, go to Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update)
