New Client Not Installing
Enabled at the Teams portal and all computers except for my desktop have been offered and installed the new preview client. I have followed all troubleshooting steps at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/new-teams-desktop-admin?tabs=teams-admin-center#policy-settings-restricting-download--install but still not being offered the new client. The desktop is Windows 11, latest beta. Any suggestions? Thanks!
AndresGorzelany Not on the desktop. On all other computers, yes. I have followed all the recommendations in the article cited short of clean installation after removal of Teams completely (if possible). Thanks!
EDIT: Decided to uninstall Teams, deleted the contents of %appdata%/Microsoft/Teams and then reinstalled hoping the toggle would show up. Checked for updates as well. Nope. 😞
Edit: A few hours later, the toggle appeared and the preview client installed without issue.
