XXX needs to accept your chat request before you can send your next message

Hi,   I've added some users of my old organization. I can chat with them but after 5 or 10 messages, I can receive messages but can't send anymore.   What can I do ?

    fensoft I assume you haven't had replies, the person at the other organization needs to Allow chat to you, it's a mechanism that protects them from unwanted messages. They will be able to see the first few messages you sent to verify it really is you, then they get a button to accept.

    StevenC365they can reply to me but can't see any "accept" buttons. it's exactly after the 10th message.
