WINDOWS 10 THEME HARD TO DISTINCT ACTIVE AND INACTIVE WINDOWS

HI I am having hard time telling difference between active and inactive window. I have tried using different theme but haven't made much difference. I have tried Register Edit that didn't do it either. Can you please help me with this
