Why can't I share Stream videos to the public?
I've spent ages making Stream videos, great with auto captions with a little tweaking, then only to discover that my nice videos won't play unless our students login? This is a real barrier to the s...
Anonymous sharing is on the roadmap, but not till end of or Q4 2020 I think. So as others have said you have to use work around for now unfortunately.
Thanks Chris - yes there is a workaround, which is: as Panopto isn't supported, I used YouTube - downloaded the captions converted to srt and uploaded to YouTube. YouTube embeds work in Sway. If microsoft do sort it with better privacy options, there's a massive market in education as universities will need to make their videos accessible by law. ChrisWebbTech
