Why can't I share Stream videos to the public?

Thanks TonyRedmond - okay, I'm going to attempt to upload them to Panopto and convert the caption file from WebVTT to srt, hopefully that will work - thanks for the update though, much appreciated.
Yeah! By downloading the file and put it in office365 then share it like normal will work , or if you upload it to any other service you prefer
