Why can't I share Stream videos to the public?

Stream doesn't support Azure B2B collaboration (guest user access) yet. The Stream developers said that they were looking at doing this when they discussed futures at the Ignite conference. Stay tuned, and in the interim, consider using SharePoint.
Thanks TonyRedmond - okay, I'm going to attempt to upload them to Panopto and convert the caption file from WebVTT to srt, hopefully that will work - thanks for the update though, much appreciated.
- Yeah! By downloading the file and put it in office365 then share it like normal will work , or if you upload it to any other service you prefer
