I believe you need to contact Microsoft and figure this out / takeover / delete this!
It might been created as someone states a trial of some of the services within M365 with that domain mailaddress

Thanks for the answer.
I had called Microsoft but for privacy reasons they are not allowed to give me any information about the account.- Can you prove you own the domain?? Ex access to dns?
- Yes, I am the owner of the domain. We have an exchange server in the company with the email addresses.
- In This case you should be able to then! I’d contact them again
