Webinar: Register Button Disappear on Phone
Hello! There is no registion button on phones when viewing the event of an webinar! but id does show on desktop?? what to do?
Well, from what i can see, yes, but I have only checked a couple of phones .. but i dont have this problem with other webinars, the is the first one to be a problem Paul_Keijzers
Ok just to narrow it down have you tried creating a new webinar same settings? Has that the same issue?
- Yes, the same event on the same day, with the same settings, works fine. it just this one for some reason, and again only on mobil.
- If it is a real issue to you I would create a ticket if not regenerate a new event.
I have scheduled a webinar for 29th April today. And I am facing the same issue. The register button shows up only on PCs or on mobile phones only when you switch to the desktop mode in browser? What should I do now? I have already circulated the event link to the guests and they can't register. Please help!
