We ran into error
I have installed the microsoft teams app on my windows 10 laptop. It says "we ran into a problem. Refresh". When I click on refresh ,it again shows the same message. I hope you look into the matter as I have important meetings scheduled on teams app.
shrikt Hi, to solve the critical part I suggest you just go to https://teams.microsoft.com and use the Teams web app. When it comes to the desktop app perhaps you need to "reset"it or do a full re-installation.
Go via Start and type %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and delete all the content in that folder. Teams will be reset.
