Voicemail settings, what determines what appears under "Where should they be transferred?"

Hi everyone, I'm having issues with this field in Teams when setting voicemail options.  What determines which accounts appear as available here?  All my users appear, but I want users to have it go to an Auto Attendant.  I have about 5 auto attendants and 5 queues, yet only 1 auto attendant and 1 queue appear in this dropdown to be selected.  The other 4 never appear despite being weeks old.  

 

Do I have to do something or enable something for it to appear here?  I noticed as well that it seems behind, like our sales queue shows up as "Main Queue" in teams, even though I renamed that to "Sales Team Queue" about a week ago.

 

Also, is it safe to assume that it's the "Resource Account" name that I'd be entering here, or the name of the queue/AA itself?

    You will only be able to select one Auto Attendant or Call Queue in the Call Transfer option from the End User configuration standpoint.
