Viva goals
Hi, Any idea why I get this message after I added app into MS Teams? Btw, this app already has been activated in Microsoft admin center.
- Nov 22, 2022Looks like the app is allowed but you have not been licensed for it yet. Like many of the apps, you're allowed to install them but have to be licensed to utilize. Your admin should be able to assign you a license if they've invested in the product.

Then it means Viva goal license is not included in MS365 E3/E5 license, right?- Dec 02, 2022That's correct. Viva Goals is a separate license, $6/user/month, unless purchased with the entire Viva suite: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-viva/goals

You will need to contact your internal IT department to see what they have enabled per licensed user, organization, user group, etc. It could be released only to a specific set of users. Often companies release an app only to specific organizations because there are additional apps that are used and need further testing / internal review as Viva interacts with many applications. Thank you!
