View All contact compagny in Other contact (Autres conctacts) in Team Voice

Hello every all 

I am looking for an idea / solution to have by default all the user accounts displayed in the "Other Contacts". Because list of contact as Outlook is not available in this App for the moment.

I have checked and looked at several sites but with not result.
