Video and audio are out of sync

I bought a USB camera and a USB speaker. But they are out of sync in Teams. Can Teams sync the camera and speaker? For example, maybe some Teams setting can make camera and speaker sync.

    There’s no settings for syncing and it shouldn’t be necessary.

    Check any drivers for the devices, any lag on the network etc..what devices did you buy?

      Hi Adam:

       

              Thanks your reply. The USB video and speaker are not popular brand. I see from the usage manual, they can pass UVC and UAC, but I do not see they announce these devices can pass Teams certification. 

      I think that is main reason to sync failed problem. 

       

      Anyway, I can say if these USB devices can pass Teams certification, shouldn't they have this sync failed problem?
