Using Free Teams - users unable to log into mobile app
We have several users who are able to log into the desktop app for our org, however are unable to use the same credentials to log into the mobile app. So far all users have been on iOS, though we do have some Android users yet to try.

- Do they have the Microsoft authenticator installed?
Also try go one step back and re-enter their username
