User's Domain changed, broken all MS Teams chat file Links.
Does Microsoft already have solution on this? After a user's domain was change to every file that was uploaded in Teams Chat cannot be access by those users.
ljlaureta Not that I've heard of, I assume they changed the users UPN somehow, which causes the URL to their OneDrive to change, hence breaking links.

The answer is to not change UPNs, too much impact. Doesn't stop the display name and email addresses being changed.
