User Activity Report
The updated User Activity Report gives lots more statistics about users use of Teams but I'm trying to get some clarity on how to interpret the numbers I'm seeing for Audio/Video/ScreenShare.
Here are my top 5 users by Audio time over the last 30 days:
AudioTime (Minutes) VideoTime (Minutes) ScreenShareTime (Minutes)
15040 | 8022 | 6600 |
13347 | 9639 | 3085 |
10768 | 6790 | 529 |
9393 | 6384 | 900 |
8547 | 7369 | 778 |
Trying to understand if user1 spent 15040 minutes in audio calls of which 8022 minutes he was using video and sharing his screen for 6600 minutes. Or is it something else?
The numbers just don't seem to stack up, there were only 21 working days in the last 30 days covered by the report and the top user would have spent an average on 11 hours EVERY day in Teams Calls/Meetings for this number to be real and that isn't backed up when I look at the call history for the user.
For example, if you look at these 3 calls yesterday from User 1's call history:
