Uploading a file on Chat

Quite a few times now when uploading a file on Chat the students cannot download them. They get errors. Attached pic. Or a pic of a cycle is shown on the students window

Also sometimes when placed a print screen in chat it shows as broken but then sometimes it’s fine.
