Upgrade Planner in Teams from v0.2 to v0.3

Hi,

The Planner v0.2 in my Teams can not be updated to Planner v0.3. We tried re-installing Teams and Planner multiple times and it did not work. Windows system is update to date as of 9/16/2020. Teams is update to date - version 1.3.00.21759 (64-bit). Can anyone help with this issue?
