Updated activity shows up blank until user switches tabs in Teams

Hi,

We are using a Bot to send messages to our users.  When certain conditions are met, our Bot will update the previously sent messages with updated text.  What we found was that while the previous messages could be updated, they show up as "blank" until users switches tabs in Teams.  Is there a way to have the activity update show up without users switching tabs?
