Unable to tag a Team member

Hello!

 

Off and on for the last couple weeks we have one member of a team who can sometimes be @ mentioned and sometimes doesn't show up as an option. Every time this happens I make sure this person is a member of the Team we are trying to mention them in. 

 

We can mention others, just not this one person. 

 

Any advice or thoughts?

    MarinaKay I'm having the same problem you have back in 2020 with user mention in Teams.

    One user which is member of the Team can't me mentioned or found using the search. But the user is in the Teams.

     

    Do you perhaps remember how you fix it 3 years ago (time is passing so fast!!)... can you help me?

    Short of removing/re-adding him to the team, there's not much you can do. Best open a support ticket and report this.
