Unable to receive calls and notification on ms teams on android mobile
I am unable to receive voice call through ms teams. I am able to see only miss call notification in feed.
My organization rolled out mdm platform after that I had two ms teams apps one for personal and other for work profile. Both have same login ID, password and settings
1.dont optimise the app :selected in battery settings
2.unrestricted data usage in background selected
3.notifications are on
Mobile :one plus6
Os : android
Any help is appreciated
