Unable to log into TEAMS

One of the users was able to log into TEAMS on the web APP okay, but unable on the local machine.  It just showed something went wrong and try to sign out and re-log back in.  Still only showed MS TEAMS loading.  There was no error message at all.  Only the Oops, something went wrong.

I've tried to uninstalled it, reboot and re-installed it again.  Still gives me the same result.  See attached photo.  Any help will be great!

Title: Can't access Microsoft Teams User Impact: Users may be unable to access Microsoft Teams. More info: We confirmed that reports of impact to other Teams features such as chat history visibility and Auto Attendant functionality are related to this authorization issue. Current status: Our telemetry continues to indicate the service has largely recovered; however we're seeing residual impact in some specific regions. To fully remediate the issue, we're moving select traffic to alternative infrastructure and continuing to perform targeted component restarts. We've previously deployed the new authentication certificate to mitigate impact. Scope of impact: This issue may impact any of your users attempting to access Microsoft Teams including chats, team and channel access, calendar access, and Teams calls. Residual impact may be observed by users hosted in North America and North Europe. Next update by: Monday, February 3, 2020, at 10:00 PM UTC

Thank you all, Jaimeluis you were right.  The user was able to log into TEAMS on their local APP this morning.  Its odd that it had affected only one person.  Last week it affected 12 people and then it went back on again within 2 hours.
