Unable to create new Teams account with the same email after deleting a Teams Free organization

Good evening. I have a problem with Microsoft Teams Free. On May 9, 2020, I deleted my Microsoft Teams organization. Today 12 May 2020 I tried to create a new Microsoft Teams account using the same email used before but after specifying how I would use Microsoft Teams, the system tells me that: "A problem has occurred. Please try again."

Is anyone aware of the reason and know how to solve this problem?
