Trying to add milestones - "The Teams acquire request definition is invalid."

Hi I am trying to add milestones to my teams site and I get the following error:  "The Teams acquire request definition is invalid." I have tested with other tabs and been able to add a few other things it is just Milestones that has this error. Is there a way to debug this and get it working?
