Trouble joining another organization in Teams
I am invited to join a new external team (another organization) to collaborate in Teams. I followed the process, but when it needs more information (I'm assuming to set up 2FA) I just get a blank white screen with a spinning icon - nothing happening. I tried via the web page version and at that point I get a "login.live.com page can't be found" message.
Any idea how to connect to another organization?
- What kind of account are you using?
Paul_Keijzers it's a 365 work account.. Others in my organization are able to connect to the same external client. But I cannot (others also face that same issue, so it's 50/50)
- It could be setup in the admin panel where some accounts were added and others not as safe. You have to check with the organisation you are connecting to.
