Timetracking app for Planner in Teams

Hi, 
In our kanban board in Planner, I would like to track how long a card sits in each column before its moved to the next one. 
Is that possible to do with any of the apps available in Teams without using third-party software integrations? My organization has a pretty closed policy when it comes to installing stuff, so preferably I would like to avoid all sorts of google extensions, etc.
