- I had been waiting for a call back from our own Support team - they finally got back to me. Seems to be something that happens enough that someone in our Support group wrote a script that removes your profile from Teams, updates Teams to the latest version, then adds your user profile back in. That corrected it - but this was the first time they'd seen it happen where only one channel was missing its entries - usually it's every channel that seems to have entries go missing at once.
