My Xbox Live account has been unreasonably banned for over a year now. I have tried to provide feedback, but there is no channel to complain about this unfair behavior after the account was banned. ...
The issue remains unresolved, with the Xbox team deliberately ignoring player concerns. Microsoft and Xbox are essentially exploiting their customers. Players invest significant amounts of money purchasing games, only to have their accounts suspended without providing any credible justification. This unacceptable behavior demonstrates a complete disregard for consumer rights and trust.
