This is seriously a must fix item for Teams. I work in a large organization within a much larger company. We should be able to have a Team for the whole Org, and the smaller teams within each have their own channel that can have its own planner tab that is only visible to their team. Having a separate team for each group is cumbersome and leads to disuse of the features altogether.
