The lowest volume on AirPods Pro is still too loud
So, when I conference on my iPad/iPhone with my AirPods Pro, even I adjust the volume to the lowest, the sound is still too loud. Is there a plan of fixing it? Thanks!
- Jan 14, 2021There’s quite a few known problems with AirPods and the boring answer is that AirPods are not a fully supported device!

Although afaik Microsoft is working to improve these issues with Apple
I can also recommend going to Teams uservoice and make a request or upvote better support!
For example this one:

After much seeking, I discovered the solution.
Click on Windows Icon / Settings / Sound. Scroll down to the bottom to the "Advanced Sound Options" section, then click on "App volume and device preferences". There, you will find volume controls for Master Volume and apps that you can use the slider function to adjust for each one.

I fixed this by disabling Absolute Volume, after doing so you will get independent volume control of the headphones and things are much better. Info is here: - https://www.reddit.com/r/airpods/comments/b6l5bm/airpods_2_windows_10_max_volume_fix/
