The lowest volume on AirPods Pro is still too loud
So, when I conference on my iPad/iPhone with my AirPods Pro, even I adjust the volume to the lowest, the sound is still too loud. Is there a plan of fixing it? Thanks!
- Jan 14, 2021There’s quite a few known problems with AirPods and the boring answer is that AirPods are not a fully supported device!

Although afaik Microsoft is working to improve these issues with Apple
I can also recommend going to Teams uservoice and make a request or upvote better support!
For example this one:

Volume control is located on device properties. If you are Windows 10 user, it can be found by:
1. Right-click on the Sound icon in the system tray.
2. Select Sounds from the menu.
3. Click on the Playback tab.
4. Select your Bluetooth device, then Properties.
5. Click on the Levels tab and adjust your volume.

This is the same as setting the volume using the sound icon on the taskbar. When I'm in a Teams call with Airpods Pro and have the volume set to "1", it's still too loud. Listening to music is fine.
