The alarm doesn't go off on my mobile.
Microsoft Teams product in use.
However, notifications do not work properly when used.
If I click on the messenger room, the article will be refreshed belatedly.

Jiyoon_Kim Have you tried clearing app data by going into app -- > Settings -- > Data and Storage -- > Clear app data
