Text chat option not shown during video meeting
I'm doing a lot of mass video conferences with work, and due to the number of participants the text chat option is very important. However, during the video call, I have no option for text chat shown...
I have just completed a series of trainings using teams and a number of our participants could not see the chat features. I know our settings were correct as we double and tripled checked them and most were able to see it. Seemed to be a problem more commonly with people using apple products. Would appreciate any support to avoid this problem in the future as it did have a detrimental effect on our training. ClareLeevers
Seeing exactly the same thing - how do we get Chat turned on for all members. Some have it, many do not. Laura1971
