Text chat option not shown during video meeting
I'm doing a lot of mass video conferences with work, and due to the number of participants the text chat option is very important. However, during the video call, I have no option for text chat shown...
It should show in the ... menu as a preview feature. If it's missing, check Teams admin center. The meeting policy assigned to your account and make sure that transcription is enabled. If those things are on, it might be the fact that it hasn't pushed to everyone yet, but those are two places to check to see if they are enabled.
