Teams to show offline despite having mobile app

for us, it's automatically shows offline and users wanted to prevent it. No extra policy has been set to make it offline.
Our issue is, users shows offline, when user put the laptop at the end of the day. After few hours, Mobile teams also gets offline. User doesn't wants that. Apple background apps refresh already enabled. Any idea?
