Teams read receipts settings in privacy missing

Hi,

We have the global setting for Read receipts and it works for everyone except me. I don't have the Settings - Privacy - Read receipts available for me in my profile. I can see when anyone reads my chats, but no one can have the read status when I read them. The only difference I can see is that I am member of 2 instances and I can see the setting in my other profile! Any ideas ?
