Teams Q & A Feature

Hello, 

Teams doesn't currently provide a native experience equivalent to Microsoft Tech Community within a channel.

As part of adoption strategies that I implement with my customers, I would suggest three options :

1 : Viva Engage + Answers : A native Microsoft Q&A experience with best answers, expert identification, voting, and knowledge discovery.

2 : Viva Engage Community : An enterprise forum-style approach that enables questions, answers, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

3: Teams Channel + Copilot Agent 

Users ask questions directly in Teams. The Copilot agent responds using internal company content and official Microsoft documentation through Microsoft Learn MCP. Champions can then validate, enrich, or complement responses when human expertise is required.
