Teams notification
Hi support Everyone.
anyone has any tips how to setup a notification rules?
- Allow Teams Notifications only During Business Hours. 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday.
- Accept Teams Notification from Certain Channels Only
- Accept Teams Notification from Certain Members only.
Teams is a great tool but that comes with heavy price. Too much noise too often.
we would like to make collaboration more simple and more friendly.
- Set quiet hours in mobile app!
Notification settings in OS for notifications
Regarding channels - click ... on the channel and choose channel messages! Set if you want and how you want notifications per channel
You can mute per user chat! Also set prioritized contacts that will notify you while in do not disturb mode!
General settings for how and when you will get notified is in profile pic - settings - notification
