Can we make video calls on Teams mobile app ?

    Yes you can use video call from Mobile App be it ios/android.

gkilic83 like alitaqvi stated you absolutely can!  There are many features available to you when joining in from the Teams mobile experience that can compliment other device joins or serve as your primary join experience!
