This message hints that there might be a Conditional access policy configured in your tenant, that might be limiting access. Best check with your IT folks.

Hi! I'm facing a critical issue with my Microsoft 365 accounts specifically Teams, that's impacting my work, and I urgently need help to resolve it.
Background: I recently started a new job where I was required to attend a BIM course online. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the course because of this ongoing issue with my Microsoft 365 accounts. Missing out is a significant setback.
The Problem: Both my Microsoft 365 accounts—a personal one using a Gmail sign-in and a business one under a Business Basic plan with an ".onmicrosoft" domain—seem to be entangled. They share the same org and directory ID, along with the same tenant ID, effectively merging them under a single identity with two different sign-ins. This mix-up has resulted in several issues:
* Account Overlap: One profile often opens within the other, and for some odd reason appearing with old avatars connected to my org on the wrong accounts. For instance, my personal profile shows my business avatar and vice versa.
* Teams Errors: Teams displays red triangles next to profiles, switches between accounts at random, shows errors and shuts down.
* Licensing and Billing Issues: I suspect there might be billing issues because, during my troubleshooting (since Tuesday), support had me switch to a Business Basic license in an attempt to fix the problem. I have removed all licenses, reset, and checked billing configurations in Azure, but I still can't delete the organization or leave my home organization.
*
Actions Taken:
* I’ve manually cleaned Microsoft Office applications and reset credentials, but the problem persists.
* Attempted to wipe the organization and users from Azure, but I am unable to delete or modify the organization via Azure or the 365 Admin Portal.
* Exploring the option of performing a hard delete of both accounts using PowerShell, but this is a daunting task for me as I am not an IT pro.
Request for Assistance: I am at a loss for how to resolve this situation and urgently need this to be escalated beyond the current support structure. Any insights into how to untangle these accounts or safely perform a hard delete would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. Thank you.
