Teams Live Events joining page

today one of our viewer encounter problem joining our Teams Live Events anonymously. The "join anonymously" link is missing. Did anyone have the same problem before?

    Hi,
    Was the Live event definitely setup with the Anonymous option selected.

     

    I also wonder if it was because they were already in an authenticated browser session.
