Not aware that this is planned just yet. You can always check out Teams User Voice. This one seems similar to what you are looking to do - https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/40431922-live-events-how-to-enable-multiple-presenters-go - perhaps not exactly though. You can always start a new UserVoice request yourself for this feature.
